What should we do about this?

a statue in front of a buildingThe oldest Confederate monument in Florida, dating from 1872, is at the center of a recent controversy. The monument has been boarded up for removal and relocation but has generated protests from folks against the removal and those who would like to see it out of the Plaza. What is your opinion?  Should it stay in the Plaza or should it be relocated somewhere else?
